Worker 55+ must be a new hire

Business must be in operation for at least one year

Business must be in good standing with WorkSafeBC

Must employ worker 55+ for a minimum of 3 months with preference given to long-term positions over 6 months.

Employers will NOT qualify if employee is hired prior to signing Experience Matters Funding Agreement between Employer and Bowman Employment Services Inc.
