Current Employment Programs
Get Youth Working! Program
If you are age 16 - 29, the Get Youth Working! Program can help you gain full-time employment. The Program offers employers a hiring incentive (in the form of a wage subsidy) to hire you over other candidates. Additionally, your new employer may request up to $1,000 to purchase training for you!
Get BC Working! Program
Are you a BC resident looking for work? Through individualized services and support from Bowman's Get BC Working! program, BC residents facing challenges to obtaining employment may be eligible for training, support and job placement
